Mindfulness Preparation

The philosophy utilises the conditioning approach to childbirth.
 Mindfulness birthing teaches skills about calming the mind, calming the thoughts, controlling the thoughts so the body aligns to the mind and births with efficiency. In turn the mother copes and retains confidence throughout the experience. 

Movement Preparation

Created by a midwife, the preparation for birth gathers techniques from various birth sources offering a unique and practical approach to childbirth. Women learn that birth is an active process that both mother and baby experience. Women begin movement preparation in pregnancy to aid comfort and ease in pregnancy, labour and birth.

​An overview of breastfeeding after birth, the primary and recommended food source for your baby for the first 6 months.  Breastfeeding can be challenging for many women. It can be challenging to comprehending what your care providers are telling you when you've just had a baby.  Don't skip this important preparation. ​
